The San Diego Writing Tutor is offering a challenging writing course for honor English students. This sought-after course is for students who want to improve their analytical writing skills and grades for their classes in Honors English. Analytical writing is the most challenging writing for students and it is highly tested.
The curriculum includes reading classical literature (non-fiction, fiction, and poetry) from many renowned authors such as Edgar Allen Poe, Charles Dickens, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Shakespeare, and Emily Dickinson.

Course Logistics
This highly popular and challenging academic course is offered weekly for three months via videoconference. Throughout the school year there will be three sessions offered. Each of the sessions will consist of new material so students can register for multiple sessions.
The course will also be offered throughout the school year when school is closed. Lessons will be scheduled daily during Thanksgiving week, winter, spring and summer breaks.
This course is taught by a Credentialed English teacher with over 20 years of experience and it is aligned with the Common Core State Standards.
Fees
The tuition covers the entire course, associated materials and there are NO additional fees.
- To reserve a session, an initial deposit of $100 will be due. The remaining tuition will be charged two weeks before the course begins.
- If you enroll less than two weeks before a course begins, or after the course starts, full tuition will be due.
Refund Policy
Please note that no refunds will be issued for withdrawing from the course after the start of the first class session.
